5 things to do to survive the QUARANTINE!

We are already in lockdown for about 2 whole months. Some of us have already figured out things to do during the lockdown and some of us just have no idea. So, let me help you'll out with 5 things I personally do to kill the time and also be a better person overall:

1. Watch Good Movies:

By watching good movies I mean movies that you like, that's your personal choice. You don't need to watch movies just because they are recommended by everyone even if you don't like them. Watch what makes you feel good. Also try watching them with your whole family.

2. Get enrolled for an online course:


There are many institutions offering good online courses on subjects like Digital Marketing, Data Science, Graphic Design. Get yourself enrolled in one of these courses, which will definitely help you in your career in the future.

3. Build your dream physique:


This is the best time to work on your body and health. Start exercising from today and hustle for a fit and healthy body. Quarantine is actually the best time to workout and grow as we can schedule our workouts, meals and sleep without any excuses. There are bunch of blogs related to fitness already on my blog. 4. Read Books:



That book which you couldn't complete due to your busy schedule is waiting to be read. Start reading your favourite books or listen to an audiobook. Reading books can actually give you a new perspective towards life. I would like to recommend two of my personal favourite books:
If books are kinda boring for you, there's another option. Go for Podcasts. Listen to podcasts before you sleep.

5. Socialize:


With socialize I don't mean spend more time on social media platforms. I mean to say is spend time with your loved ones. A cooking session with your mom, a chess game with your dad or maybe a movie night with the whole family works perfect. Reach out to your friends, share your thoughts and feelings to someone you trust.
This is the time to understand that Depression is more dangerous than the virus itself. This is the time to bond with new people and work on your relationships.

Pro tip: Make meditation your daily habit. It works wonder on Mental and Emotional issues.
